Foxleaf Organics Wholesale Policy
Welcome to the Foxleaf Organics Wholesale Program! We're excited to partner with businesses that share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Please carefully read our wholesale policy below to ensure a successful partnership.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for our wholesale program, applicants must operate a retail store or an e-commerce site they own. Applicants will be required to submit proof of business, such as a tax ID number, resale certificate, or business license.
Order Requirements:
- Minimum Order Value: The minimum opening order value is $150, and the minimum reorder value is $100.
- Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Retailing of Products:
- Approved Channels: Wholesale partners are permitted to sell Foxleaf Organics products in their physical retail locations and on their own branded websites.
- Prohibited Channels: Selling Foxleaf Organics products on third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of our brand.
MAP Policy: We enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect our brand and our wholesale partners. The MAP pricing will be provided with the wholesale price list. Advertising any Foxleaf Organics product below the MAP is not allowed without prior written consent.
Product Presentation: Wholesale partners are required to maintain a high level of brand integrity. This includes appropriate product display, storage, and adherence to our suggested retail pricing.
Violation of Policy:
- First Violation: Upon the first violation of our wholesale policy, especially the resale of products on prohibited e-commerce platforms, we will issue a written warning and request the immediate removal of our products from the unauthorized channel.
- Subsequent Violations: Further violations will result in the cancellation of your wholesale account and all pending orders. Foxleaf Organics reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any retailer found in violation of our policies without prior notice.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit.
- Unsatisfactory Products: We accept returns of unsold products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the application process or order fulfillment will be used strictly for business purposes between Foxleaf Organics and our wholesale partners.
Amendments to the Policy: Foxleaf Organics reserves the right to update or modify this wholesale policy at any time. Wholesale partners will be notified of any changes via email and are expected to comply with the updated terms.
