Foxleaf Organics, LLC (“Foxleaf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates foxleaforganics.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, purchase products, subscribe to recurring deliveries, contact us, or submit a wholesale inquiry.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

Information you provide

This may include:

  • Order details, products purchased, subscription selections, and customer-service correspondence.

  • Business name, website, location, sales channels, product interests, and other information submitted through wholesale inquiries.

  • Reviews, photographs, or other content you choose to submit for publication.

Payment information is handled through Shopify and the payment providers used at checkout. We receive transaction information needed to manage your order, such as payment status and limited payment-method details.

Please do not include medical records, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in reviews or general inquiry forms.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring website, pages and products viewed, and interactions with our store or advertisements.

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies support these activities.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from payment providers, shipping carriers, subscription and review services, advertising and analytics providers, and marketplaces through which you purchase our products. This may include payment confirmations, delivery updates, order information, and advertising-performance information.

We disclose information to providers that support our business, as needed for their services. These include Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, subscription-management providers, review platforms, email-service providers, and website analytics and advertising partners.

Our advertising and measurement tools include services from Google and Meta. Depending on the integration and your privacy choices, these services may receive device identifiers, browsing activity, purchase events, and other information used for advertising or measurement.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable safeguards.

5. Shopify’s role

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes personal information to operate the storefront, checkout, payments, and related services.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the shopping cart and checkout, remember preferences, analyze website activity, and support advertising.

Advertising-related disclosures of personal information may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. The rights available to you depend on the law that applies to you and our business.

Where available, use our cookie-preference or data-sharing opt-out controls to manage your choices. You can also contact customerservice@foxleaforganics.com to request an applicable advertising-data opt-out.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies can affect store functionality and does not necessarily stop every form of data disclosure.

You may also manage advertising preferences directly with Google and Meta. These provider settings are separate from privacy requests submitted to Foxleaf.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required. A browser’s older “Do Not Track” setting is not the same as Global Privacy Control.

7. Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, subscription, security, or customer-service communications.

If you enroll in text-message marketing, follow the opt-out instructions provided in those messages.

8. Subscriptions and wholesale inquiries

When you choose Subscribe & Save, we use your information to administer your selected delivery schedule, recurring payments, and subscription communications. Our subscription service provider processes information needed to support these functions.

When you submit a wholesale inquiry, we use the business and contact information you provide to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, and manage any resulting business relationship.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

9. Reviews and public content

Reviews and other content submitted for publication may be visible to other visitors, together with the display name and other information shown by the review service.

Avoid including information you do not want made public. Contact us if you have a privacy concern about content you submitted.

10. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, managing ongoing relationships, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by the type of information and its purpose. A deletion request may not require removal of records we are legally permitted or required to retain.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, appeal a request decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.

To submit a request, email customerservice@foxleaforganics.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it. Please do not send identification documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate submission method.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of their authority.

We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

12. Children’s privacy

Our online purchasing and inquiry services are intended for adults. Selling products intended for children does not mean our website is directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. International processing

Our business operates in the United States. Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.

14. Other websites and marketplaces

Third-party websites and marketplaces have their own privacy practices. If you purchase through Amazon, Walmart, or another retailer, review that platform’s privacy policy as well. This policy applies to information Foxleaf receives and processes in connection with those transactions.

15. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal obligations. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
